Huntec Development is an architectural design firm specializing in residential, food and hospitality, TI works, and light industrial in both Los Angeles and surrounding countries. Our projects reflect our interest in the tradition of modernism that is prevalent in southern California. Our firm is a fast paced environment where we work together as a team in order to handle multiple projects at once. We are currently having an expanding workload and are seeking for extremely talented and motivated self-starting individuals with a strong work ethic and strong skills for positions in our growing Arcadia office for work all around the country. Architectural Designer (Full Time Position)

• BS Degree in Architecture with 3 years of full-time postgraduate working experiences.
• Strong hand drawing and graphic communication skills preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD Desktop.
• Experience in preparing architectural drawings for Residential and Commercial Projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as communicate with clients. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-start and work with team in a unique, small office environment will be paramount to success.
• Due to our focus on technology; you will need solid experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with 3d programs, Computer Graphics, or Adobe creative suite programs is a plus.
