Design
Philosophy Architects must first select an appropriate criterion for a
project. At Huntec Inc. we do this with the support of the company’s
professionals. Understanding that this expertise is critical to a
successful design is a distinguishing characteristic of
us. A
cost-effective design requires thoughtful analysis by experienced
designers at the planning stage. Incorporating economy and design
quality in a building program returns a value far more than the
initial architectural investment.
Design Execution Knowing that organization and attention to
details are essential, Huntec Inc. treats this critical stage for a
building’s development with discipline and professionalism.
Specialists update computer programs to state of the art design
techniques. Our
computer-aided drafting system is capable of producing a complete
set of coordinated drawings whenever a change is made. Our library
of details, constantly reviewed and approved by senior staff,
enhances quality control and expedites plan production. An architect
only needs to modify established details to satisfy special program
objectives. Accuracy and precision is assured. Huntec Inc. produces a set of
construction documents that reflect diligent planning and careful
coordination. They are the state of the art in construction and
documentation.
Implementation Huntec Inc. architects work with clients closely to maintain
project quality throughout the construction phase. Precise
instructions are quickly communicated to the field whenever
questions arise. The scope of our involvement never narrows. We maintain our
attention to detail and our commitment to cost effectiveness.
Cooperation pervades throughout entire project. A team approach to solving
construction problems promotes a supportive working relationship.
This attitude, coupled with a willingness to amend and improve plans
when indicated, keeps project cost down.
